Despite being quiet during the WNBA drafts of the last few weeks, the Chicago Sky didn't speak up. But local players were taken to the top in the first round. In addition, they traded away their 16th pick in the 2021 Draft and a second-round pick in 2022.

The Chicago Sky is an American professional basketball team. Magellan remains the uniform sponsor and the team just recently released its new gold uniforms. Home games are broadcasted by WCIU-TV, WMEU-CD and WMEU. Some games are televised on ESPN and NBA TV.

The Chicago Sky have released their broadcast schedule for the 2021 season. Five regular season games will be broadcast by the team on CW26. Lisa Byington will play-by-play and Meghan McKeown will color analyze. Five games also will air on My michiana in South Bend.

Thousands of Sky fan turned out to support the team when they won the 2015 WNBA Championship. It was a touching community celebration that helped to build community spirit.
