Alexandra Morgan Carrasco is an American professional soccer player. She plays for the San Diego Wave FC of the National Women's Soccer League, the highest division of women's professional soccer in the United States. She is also a former member of the United States women’s team. Alexandra Morgan, currently the San Diego Wave FC Captain. While she is a talented soccer player, her most notable accomplishment was being named to the San Diego Waves' best team.

Alex Morgan was chosen by the U.S. Women's National Team as a team member last year. Since then, he has done well in the USWNT. His recent form is due in part to his ability at the end of the third to capitalize on any time. He has done this admirably in San Diego. He's happy to play for his home crowd in San Diego, even though his goal against Orlando City SC last season wasn't satisfactory.

The Wave are currently in a playoff hunt in their debut season. However, they are far not finished. They are currently at the top NWSL standings, having topped the league since Week One. Alex Morgan is leading the league with 11 goals through ten matches. Morgan is a Southern California native and has already played in two NBA and three MLS matches. He has made a significant impact immediately and will continue to do the same in his second season.

Alex Morgan is a talented forward that plays for both the Portland Thorns FC (and the U.S. women's national team). Through the National Team allocation process, she was added to the Thorns FC roster. Morgan is returning to Portland in 2015 to play for her third season with the club. Morgan was a part of two goals and one assist this season. Below are some of her most notable goals.


The Thorns FC are currently at the third spot in the NWSL standings. They lead the league with fifteen goals and boast a plus-eight goal differential. They won their most recent match against FC Kansas City on Aug. 4, while they tied the San Diego Wave at 2-2 in Boston on July 21.

Alex Morgan, a US soccer player, is a skilled one. She was awarded the Olympic Gold Medal and FIFA Women's World Cup. Morgan started playing soccer at the age of seven with Cypress Elite Soccer Club in California. After high school, Morgan joined the California Golden Bears. She was drafted in the Western New York Flash's 2011 WPS Draft by the Western New York Flash and played a significant role in their league championship win. Morgan also played for West Coast FC and Portland Thorns FC. Alex Morgan is the youngest female player to have ever played for the US national soccer team in the FIFA Women's World Cup 2011. She is now a forward for the Flash.

Alex is not only a player in the National Women's Soccer League but she is also a successful college student. As a freshman, she was chosen by the Western New York Flash. She later married Servando Carasco. Morgan was also a four-year player for the University of California Golden Bears, where she led the team in scoring each of the years. She missed many college games to be a part of the U.S. U-20 team. She was selected as the first overall player at the 2011 WPS Draft.

National Team of Women from the USA

Alex Morgan, a forward for the US Women's National Team, has a rich soccer history. After playing nine minutes in the bronze match against the Netherlands at the 2008 Olympics, Morgan made her debut. Morgan has been an active player for the US team since then and is now one of its most prominent players. She turned 32 in May 2020 and became a parent.

Morgan graduated from the University of California Berkeley in an early fashion and was then a member of the California Golden Bears. Morgan played soccer at the University of California at Berkeley. She graduated in a timely fashion. She later joined the Western New York Flash, where she earned a draft spot. She has since won two world titles for the United States, and in 2011 and 2012, she was voted as the youngest member of the national team. She scored the game-winning goal against Canada at the 2012 London Olympics.
