Indiana Fever is an American professional women's basketball club that has won one WNBA champion. For the past 12 seasons, the team has been a perennial playoff contender. They reached the finals in 2009. 2009 was their best year for the Fever. They lost the series to Atlanta, but won the next two games consecutively to advance to WNBA Finals. The Fever won the championship in 2012.

In their history, the Fever have only won one championship. In 2011, they were eight consecutively in the postseason. They were unable to make it past the first round and lost to the Minnesota Lynx. This was after Katie Douglas injured her ACL in Game 2. However, the Fever have experienced much success since that season, led by legendary head coach Lin Dunn and team owner Herb Simon.
