Xiao Long
Xiao Long tries striking Quinonez with his striking, but he fails. Quinonez can't be stopped by his body kicks and low kickes. He takes a jab to the nose and a right crossing. In the next round, Xiao tries a singleleg strike and a spinning move, but his opponent blocks both. The fight is eventually decided by the judges.
Xiao Long (bantamweight) is a fighter for Xindu Martial Arts, Shanxi, China. He was recently awarded two straight victories by WLF, and he also won a March championship fight. He hopes that he can improve on his performance in the Contender Series, where Long won twice. Long will have to face Kirghiz Kemuaili Maimaitituoheti as a challenge. Long was supposed compete in last year's Contender Series but was not able to. Xiao won a bout against Yi Zha. Kirghiz fought against Buhuoyouga & Wulijiburen.
Albert Cheng
Albert Cheng is a Shanghai-native and one of the most prominent stars of the Chinese MMA scene. Chinese are known for being aggressive fighters, and the TUF China competition has only heightened their abilities. Cheng was ranked as the second fighter in his division by the media. His record, 5-1, is unsurpassable. Fans may be curious about Cheng's ability to keep up with the rest of his team.
After a successful UFC debut against Wesley Ranger in the first round of the tournament, Cheng continued competing in smaller MMA organizations until he was selected for the TUF China Finale. He beat Ranger, who had a 0-0-0 professional MMA record, by Submission in the fourth round. Cheng was in the UFC matched up with Anying Wang on March 1, 2014. However, a stoppage by a doctor meant that Cheng was not allowed to compete.
Fu Ziyi
Fu Ziyi and Tiequan Zi Zhang from Team Sky Dragons arrive early at training center to begin training. The preliminary training matches are where the fighters test their skills and weaknesses. This determines who will be fighting in the finals. Team Sky Dragons is commanded by Tiequan Zhu, while Team Flying Lions' leader is Wu Qize. To decide who will face which team, they flip a coin.
Wu Qize's opponent, Wang Sai, was defeated by submission in the second round. Wu Qize also spoke highly of Wang Sai's "warrior heart" and "learning."
Kirghiz Keremuaili Maimaitituoheti
Kirghiz Keremuaili will make his UFC debut in October. The Mongolian fighter will compete on Dana White’s Contender Series. The Shanxi-based featherweight, China, is on a six fight winning streak. After a win over Buren Woliji, the victory is his first in UFC. He has previously won two fights for ONE Championship as well as twice in ONE Hero Series. In addition to that, he has fought against some of the world's best featherweights and has mixed results against international competition.
